EDIT
The Advanced Edit features a full Windows editor that provides all the features one expects using a computer today. By using the touch screen or a mouse you are able to quickly and easily create or make changes to your program. Not only can you view and edit almost twice as much in the CNC view port, since it’s a true Windows product, you can easily maximize the window and view/edit almost four times the lines of code.
- CREATE JOG FIXTURE brings up the FIXTURE/DRO tools menu shown below. This allows the operator to turn on fixture offsets while in JOG and there's a Digital Readout Feature.
- FEED TO POSITION provides a quick way to position an axis while in JOG instead of having to use MDI.
- RETRACT RIGID TAP turns on the spindle servo so the operator can JOG a tap out of the part or even do Rigid Tapping while in JOG!
- RAPID TO ZERO returns all axes to the current JOG zero position with one touch of a button.
- JOG TEACH records current position to a file for digitizing or loading into memory.
MDI
With the NXGEN system, we’ve integrated the touchscreen into every aspect of the Control. While in MDI, scroll and locate all your past MDI entries in the MDI window. To activate an entry, simply touch/click on the line to repeat it. No need to reenter data.
GRAPHIC DRY RUN
Our Dry Run provides the high resolution detail you need to preview your programs. Loaded with advanced features, even each tool is a different color so for easy viewing.
Reduce the time spent on setups and mistakes by easily uploading and running your programs into Dry Run before starting the program.
REMOTE SUPPORT
With the NXGEN Remote Support system, our support team is essentially standing right in front of your machine. From our office, we can do everything just as if we are there – you can even watch your screen and see what we are doing.
