Returns Policy
Do to the delicate nature, we cannot accept the return of CNC printed circuit boards.
You have thirty (30) days to return an item from the date that you purchase it.
To be eligible for a return:
1) It must be unopened, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
2) The product must not have been installed on the equipment.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, shipping insurance, and all fees.
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. If you paid with a credit card, you will be charged an additional 5% credit card processing fee. If you paid with a bank transfer or wire, there will be an additional processing fee.
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item. If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to obtain an RMA. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Finally, please note that all international sales are final. We do not accept international returns at this time.
Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please note that in order to secure stock for your order, will be charged upon order placement.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
