Fadal Part Number BEL-0001
Genuine Fadal OEM tool changer part. The BEL-0001 belt is used for moving the Tool Changer to the spindle and back to the park position. To do this, the belt drives the ARM/ROLLER ASSEMBLY (ATC-0006).
The design of the system is to have the belt slip at the TC extended and park position. Over-tightening the belt can cause the TC IN/OUT motor to "over current" and reverse the rotation direction.
